Certainly! Many, if not all, establishments accept all major credit cards. It is strongly recommended you place a travel advisory on your bankcards and credit cards to monitor any potential fraud or suspicious activity (even if you do not plan to use them). You can use some bankcards and/or credit cards, but you may in incur a foreign transaction fee – check with your financial institute for details.
To prevent credit card fraud, most financial institutions, if unaware of your travel arrangements, will put a hold on your cards after the first foreign transaction. So, if you do plan to use your credit card or debit card oversees, be sure you inform your financial institute of your travel plans.
